With grassroots collaboration, we forge a path towards more efficient food resource management, enhance access to wholesome food choices, and divert surplus away from landfills to ensure it gets into the hands of those in need. Currently, we can only reclaim about 5% of surplus food in Summit County, we strive to get 50% within 5 years. There’s so much more we can do. Find out how you can help.
